Sanchez, J.D., are the principal firm shareholders. The firm practices in both Federal and Texas State Courts. The bulk of its work is in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. LITIGATION DEPARTMENT
The firm practice includes the prosecution and defense of cases involving personal injuries, wrongful death, product liability, violations of civil rights, contract disputes, real estate disputes, municipal disputes, violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, violations of the Texas Insurance Code, insurance coverage disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty, debtor-creditor disputes and family disputes.
TRANSACTIONAL DEPARTMENT
The firm handles transactional matters as well as litigation. The transactional department of the law firm handles real estate transactions, probate transactions, wills and trusts and commercial transactions.
